Random walk simulation
This is a model of a freely jointed polymer chain with n segments,
each of length l. The conformation of the chain is decided by a random
walk in two dimensions.
Single
chain
Segments are added one by one to
illustrate the concept of a random walk.
Mutiple chain
Carry out a random walk multiple times.
Change the values of n and l and observe
the effect on the end-to-end distance.
